Insieme alla saga di Baldur’s Gate e a quella di Icewind Dale è uno dei giochi di ruolo più apprezzati di sempre, e sta per tornare sugli schermi dei nostri PC e dei dispositivi mobili. Stiamo parlando di Planescape: Torment, un RPG che risale al 1999 e che all'epoca catturò non pochi utenti (anche se meno di quanti effettivamente meritati).

 

È nuovamente Beamdog a occuparsi del port del gioco in questione. La software house si sta infatti preparando a lanciare sul mercato Planescape Torment: Enhanced Edition, ovvero una versione migliorata che vanta persino interfaccia in 4K. Come l’originale però, Planescape: Torment è disponibile in molte lingue tranne quella italiana.

• 4K Interface: Sigil has never looked this good! The interface of Planescape: Torment has been rebuilt in high-definition with tons of new convenience features.

La Enhanced Edition di Planescape: Torment farà il suo debutto su Android, iOS, Windows, macOS e Linux a partire da questo 11 aprile, e sarà in vendita su Steam e GOG a 19,99€, su iTunes e Google Play probabilmente a 9,99€ (forse di più). Vi lasciamo quindi con un bel po’ di materiale tra cui il trailer, un filmato dedicato alla versione mobile e tanti screenshot. Ecco anche il link al sito ufficiale.

Per quanto mi riguarda Torment resta il milgior RPG old-school di sempre (e ne ho giocati tantini ...) e chi non l'ha mai giocato dovrebbe farlo, magari recuperando questa versione.
